Finally Ready! The Twice Remembered Cottage Online Yard Sale - Monday thru Thursday
***Can everyone who has selected their items please email me your mailing address? I need zip codes to calculate shipping for you. I've only had a couple of folks send in their addresses but I'd love to hear from you all! Thanks!***
Wow, thanks to everyone that has helped support my online yard sale so far! Please check your items listed below and make sure that they have been marked - "SOLD TO ....". I'm trying to mark them throughout the day but I want to make sure I haven't missed anyone. I wanted everyone to know that I'm gong to start processing invoices this evening and will try to go in the order that I received them. Again, please know that I am neck deep in my other yard sale preparations and I'm working on a deadline for it (Friday morning!), so if you don't get your invoice immediately, you *will* get it. I need my house back, hehe, there is stuff everywhere - so I'm eager for these items to go to their new homes! There are a few things left to buy and also, I forgot to photograph a few things, too, so I may be able to add more later if I'm able. Thanks, again everyone! P.S. Was there someone else interested in #23, the antique oval gold trimmed plate?
(Yard Sale Items Below) Whew! It took longer than I thought it would to photograph and upload everything for my "online yardsale", but I'm finally finished. I had a lot more than I realized!
*************************************************
So here is how my online yard sale works...
First of all, please know that most of my items are used and are not brand new. I know you probably already knew that, but I wanted to make sure to let everyone know. I have tried to keep the prices low and on par with what you might pay at a flea market, taking into consideration packing and shipping costs (as opposed to a real life yard sale where naturally, things would probably be less expensive). Everything is sold "as is" but you do have the option of purchasing insurance on heavier, breakable items.
Everything will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. If someone else has already claimed an item that you're interested in, it's ok to comment and say that you are interested in the item as well. If a buyer does end up backing out, I will contact the next person interested in the item.
Every item will be given a name and number. If you want to buy any item or items, just leave a comment below along with:
(1)the item name and number,
(2)your email address
(3)Lastly, Please contact me after claiming items and include your mailing address.
After I have an opportunity to weigh your package on my postal scale, I'll calculate shipping and send you an invoice that includes shipping costs through PayPal. Shipping costs are calculated by the USPS based on weight and destination and I will charge only actual shipping costs. I will try and get your items weighed and your invoice to you as soon as possible this week. Please plan on making your payment with 7 days of receiving your invoice. (Since you are being so patient with me in getting the invoices and packages out, I wanted to give you plenty of time to pay!)
As mentioned in my last post, all I ask is that folks consider carefully before claiming items because everyone loses out when claimed items are forgotten about by the buyer. I really would like to put everything that doesn't sell online this week in my yard sale on Friday and would rather not have to deal with items that I'm not sure are "sold" or not. I hope you understand:)
I said that I would ship items on Tuesday after my actual yard sale this coming up weekend (as I won't have the time before then to mail due to working on the rest of the yard sale things for this weekend), but depending on how much I sell, it may take a day or two longer. Like I mentioned, I have more stuff than I thought and more stuff means more packaging! My husband and I have a 100% positive feedback on Ebay and we take our transactions (buying and selling) very seriously, so you won't have to worry about not receiving your items.
Ok, on to the good stuff!
(Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. I will combine shipping charges if more than one item is purchased.)

#11 Nursery Rhyme Framed Art - Like New - Edited to adjust price for buying framed art by the piece if desired:$14 each OR Set of 4 for $50 Sold to Lori Lucas!
(Note that cardboard corners have been removed since I purchased these pieces. I bought these big framed nursery rhyme prints at Kirklands because I fell in love with old fashioned artwork and relaxing colors (I collect old nursery rhyme books, so I couldn't' resist these!) I took these photos the day I brought them home and have since removed the cardboard corners. I wanted to use them in my own bedroom (I know, nursery rhymes in an adult bedroom!...Like I said, I loved the art) but after I hung them, I realized that it just wasn't going to work. These would be great for a young childs room or nursery. They are still in excellent condition as I didn't use them. 16.25" X 26.5". They were originally $30 each at Kirklands, price tag still on the backs of them. Little Miss Muffet, Little Boy Blue, Goosey Goosey Gander, Mary Mary Quite Contrary)

Hi Kim! I see your items didn't last long! What a clever idea!
Anyway, I know it's not listed for sale, but I couldn't help notice your gorgeous fabric you took your photos on; is it a tablecloth? Well I have a 65' round table and I'm hoping this is fabric that is not vintage so I can pick one up!
I know your super busy, but please send me an e-mail if you have time after things settle down with the big sale.
Best wishes!
Hi,
I would love to have the fabric pieces 20 & 38.
